Refund Policy
All payments are final
All payments made to us are final and non-refundable, without exception. This includes balance top-ups, money left unused on your balance (also when your account is closed or terminated), charges for new servers and automatic renewals, time you do not use, servers you cancel early, servers suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service, and orders placed by mistake.
Because we accept only cryptocurrency, there are no chargebacks. We do not compensate changes in a coin's exchange rate between the time you pay and any later date.
Your balance
Top-ups go to your account balance in US dollars. The balance pays for new servers and renewals and for nothing else. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or converted back to cryptocurrency. Top up only what you plan to spend with us.
Renewals are taken from the balance automatically. If you do not want a server to renew, contact support before the end of its paid period. A renewal already charged is not returned to the balance.
A top-up blocked by an anti-fraud check is not added to the balance and is not refunded while it is under review.
Before you pay
- Check the location, plan, billing period and operating system before you place an order.
- Send the coin on the network named on the payment page. Other networks are not supported.
- Send the exact amount shown. Exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee, so add it on top.
- Pay within 30 minutes, while the exchange rate is fixed.
Underpayments, overpayments and late payments
Underpayment. If we receive less than the amount shown, the top-up invoice stays unpaid. Contact support with the transaction hash; we may credit what was received.
Overpayment or late payment. If you send more than the amount shown, or pay after the payment window closed, contact support with the transaction hash. We review these cases individually and may add the payment to your balance at the current rate. Any resolution is at our discretion and is not a refund.
Wrong network or address. Coins sent on an unsupported network or to an address other than the one shown may be lost permanently. We cannot recover or return them.
